I was called to schedule an interview, scheduled a time, and had a short interview (20 minutes). The next day I was given an offer, to which I did not respond right away. I was given another day and accepted the offer the following day.

Everything was nice and smooth. It looked like it was a good fit, however, never heard back from them.
It is extremely unprofessional just to be quiet after interview. You have to give some kind of answer!
It was a work shop and had many other individuals applying. I was called and interviewed with the current Sales Director. The interview went well until I did not even hear a follow up whether or not I got the job or if they were going to continue looking.
