I had a phone interview first with the technical lead with the program manager also present during the interview. There were basic oracle E-biz questions about oracle applications. It went well. Second round was with the project manager in USA over the phone. It was about the functional aspects and nature of projects i had done. Third round was the skype round with the program manager which was more of a personal/HR interview.
