Did normal phone interview. Was then called that day for a face to face interview the following day. Had 5 people all shoot questions at me. Some technical some normal HR hiring questions. Lasted one hour and forty five minutes.

Competency based interview, straight forward from a script. Technical aspects wary with position. Higher management roles have more interactions with senior management during the interview process.
Lack of trained HR and specialists may make the interview some times awkward.
