I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Exelon
Interview
The entire process from applying online until the offer was approximately 2-3 months. The recruiter sent an email to set up the phone screen about a month and a half after applying. The recruiter asked general questions about my resume. A week later, I received an email to set up an in person interview. It consisted of three rounds. The interviews were behavioral for the most part. It is very important to know the STAR format and to answer the questions using it. I was asked a few technical questions but nothing difficult if you know Finance/Accounting. I was notified about a week later with an official offer.
Star interview format with standard questions. HR folks were very communicative the whole way. Interviewers included hiring manager and a peer. Both were open about the position and weren't too hung up on the structure of the STAR responses.

Question 1
Describe a workplace challenge you've faced and walk us through how you navigated it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Exelon (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Steer clear because they use the useless star method. Very little of the interview was about my actual abilities. Overall a very slow process and expect to be given false timelines on top of being ghosted by both HR and hiring managers.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you overcame a difficult situation.
It used the STAR process. It was primarily behavioral questions and not many technical ones. They typically will interview you again and ask the more technical after-behavioral questions. Overall, it was fine.
