I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Exelon in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied through my university and had a 1 on 1 interview on campus. Two weeks later I was brought in to the office for two separate hour long interviews. All of the interviews were behavioral. I think having a stronger finance background would have helped me out, as I interviewed with someone in Investor Relations and had no idea what that job even entailed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Exelon (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was pretty straightforward without a lot of hoops to jump through. I had a screening call with the HR rep first. After that a few days later had a virtual interview with the hiring managers from two separate teams who were looking to add a candidate. After that had a final interview with the Senior Manager who oversaw both teams and then I received an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions pretty much were the standard STAR format questions where they ask you to describe a specific situation, describe the task, explain the action you took, and then elaborate on the results and anything you learned. For instance I got asked to describe a scenario in my past working experience in which I had to deal with multiple competing priorities.
