STAR based interview questions that reflect the company's values and one situational "what would you do" question. At the end there will be discussion of technical skills I find the process challenging and stressful. If you don't like talking about yourself, it will be challenging. Try to think of situations ahead of time you can use as examples. All the questions are basically "tell me about a time when...you were challenged to..." and you have to explain the Task (what you wanted to get done) the Situation (why it was difficult or challenging) Actions (what you did) Results (what was the outcome.) It doesn't have to be a perfect outcome to be a good example because you can also talk about what you learned. Like maybe the situation was a tight deadline and you learned that if you manage your time better you can avoid tight deadlines.
