Overall, their interview process was quite fast & pretty much like a standard interview elsewhere. I was called for HR interview at their Harbour Front office & within 2 weeks, I got the result whether whether they hired me or not.

Standard interview questions e.g., why do you want to work in ExxonMobil, what is your achievement, what does success & failure mean to you, where do you see yourself in the next 5 or 10years.
Invited fresh graduates to a dinner/networking session at Hotel. Followed by two rounds of interview, first round is your usual behavioral questions by two engineers with 5-7 years of experience, second round is also another round of behavioral questions by two managers with 20+ years experience
