I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Dec 2017
Interview
All the other reviews on here were spot on and very helpful in preparing for the interview. There were three different phases to the whole interview process:
1. Phone interview with Recruiter
2. Phone interview with Current Training Coordinator
3. In person interview at Headquarters in Denver
Both of the phone interviewers were really nice and helpful in telling you more about the position. The second interview was definitely the most casual and enjoyable because it was more of a conversation.
The invite to Headquarters was amazing. They will cover all your expenses, flight, hotel, and transportation from airport to hotel. The in-person interview took around 4 hours and can be intense if you're not prepared or don't know what to expect. First, a Recruiter will give you a tour of Headquarters, then they'll put you in a room to complete a 30 question IQ test for 30 minutes. These questions were pretty tricky and I didn't get to answer all of them in the allotted time but the Recruiter says that they barely have anyone finish in time. Not sure exactly what the purpose of this test is or how much it matters compared to the rest of the interview.
After the IQ test, two Training Coordinators will walk in and ask you typical scenario interview questions. Then they'll have you work out a brain teaser on the white board to see your thinking process. I can't tell you the problem but whatever you do, don't give up!
After the brain teaser, they'll inform you that you're going to deliver a mock training session. They'll give you 5 min to prepare and 5 min to deliver. Be ready for this because the 5 minutes of preparation really goes by fast.
Like others mentioned, it's a good sign if they invite you out to lunch or dinner afterwards. Overall, it was an enjoyable interview process and the people at FAST are really down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Research about them, stay positive, and you'll do great!
I applied through their job board and submitted my application. They got back to me very quickly for an interview, especially considering the job had been posted for months. The interview tested how you would approach a situation, asking questions about your resume, and determining if you were a good fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Chicago, IL) in June 2025
Interview
Very quick turnaround from the recruiter. 1 on 1 interview with a recruiter. Was then reached out to to schedule a final round interview. 2 on 1 for final interview.

Question 1
Had you take a weird test, asked questions about how you would respond in different situations, had mind games at the end to see how you work through problems.
They ask behavioral questions like skills you think a training coordinator should have and walk me through a project you liked. Are you willing to relocate? It was a 30 minute preliminary interview. They asked how you organize yourself.
