I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Feb 2023
Interview
Very friendly interviewers, positive experience overall. Began with an initial interview with an HR representative. This consisted of general HR questions, and some very basic technical questions, "What is OOP? What is Inheritance?" etc. Then some professional questions were asked, basic, behavior in the workplace, like can you work overtime and if your boss made a mistake style of questions. Then came the technical Interview. This began with a sort of problem-solving/Iq test. you follow a link and take the test on camera with nobody watching. Next, an experienced Implementation Consultant will ask some Pseudo-code questions, just trying to see how you attack the problem. He emphasized that he wants to understand how I try to solve the problem rather than getting a correct or the most efficient solution. then the senior consultant will work through some Logic problems, this is again about how you solve them rather than the solution. After HR rejoined to close out the interview.
