Interview
I interviewed at Implementation Consultant. I was reached out by a recruiter and they asked me to send my resume and transcript. After they reviewed it, they proceeded forward with my application. In my first round technical interview she asked me OOP question, reference by value and number, and sql questions. I was prepared for this interview and answered everything frequently. The interviewer had a very bad internet connection and she had to drop the meetings and join again. I felt most of the time she didn't hear me. However, I reached out to her two times and asked her for the update and she said they can't move forward with my application. I wish they would at least mention reason on why they can't move forward even though I was confident that I did good on this interview.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
