I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Denver, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
30 minute phone interview which lead them to fly me out to Denver for on-site interview. First interview is basic programming concepts like inheritance. Second interview was brain teaser and some programming questions on a whiteboard. Second interview was 1-1 with an HR person and then an actual programmer. The actual programming questions were pretty simple but after they found out I had looked them up on Glassdoor they asked me different and tougher brainteaser type questions. It seems they want to know how you work through and solve problems.
