A phone screen with the recruiter. Then a 60 minute conversation with the hiring manager.
Onsite interview with 4 people for 2 hours. An additional hour video conference with the hiring manager.
Everything they said would happen during the process did happen.
They were extremely organized and a pleasure to work with during the process.

Mostly questions about how I worked through various scenarios. Who I worked with. Some problem solving.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (Cambridge, MA) in May 2018
Interview
One of the best interview experiences I've had. Had 4 rounds: initial phone screen, follow-up phone call with hiring manager, in person at the HQ out in Cambridge (a very pleasant walk from Alewife), and a final call over Skype with the hiring manager. Each person I met with clearly cared about the work they do and the company they worked for.
From a candidate's standpoint, it was also refreshing how quickly the team followed up after each round. I never felt like I was in the dark about where I was in the process or what was coming next.
