After interview with the recruiter and hiring manager, there were just 3 very short (30min) behavioural based interviews with individuals who had done the role or did similar roles. Not really enough time to ask them questions about the job. I got the impression the behavioural interviewers weren't that comfortable with it either and would have rather asked questions about my CV and experience rather than scripted. Oh, and there was a practical exercise too.

Interview
Rather rigorous. Requires careful thought, research, writing and speaking required on a topic specific to the area of the business you are applying. Sequential test of these three areas culminating in an in person client-meeting-style in front of peers.
