Interview
The process consisted of an initial HR screening, three behavioural interviews, and a case study presentation. Although I wasn't ultimately selected for the role, the recruiter offered to schedule a 30-minute follow-up call to provide detailed feedback. I found that extremely professional and appreciated the time he took to share constructive insights
Poor experience with hiring manager. When asked upon his management style, he said that he will not protect his team even if there's criticism for the sales team. As for career progression, he said that the candidate must do 1 level above his job grade which is understandable. However, he mentioned that Singapore and expect promotion after a few years which is a bad stereotype.
Asked irrelevant questions like how would you react to a harsh criticism and what have made you changed your perspective in the last 6 months. Interesting but not relevant to the CSM role.
Not sure how is he a CSM leader.
