The HR specialist called me for the first round interview. Then the HR manager and product engineer called me in a about one week. They are easy going. The HR manager told me there was another candidate. I think they chose him in the end.

1 hour face to face, Set of questions and presentations with problem solving. The invitation to appear interview is sent 1 week advance. The outcome is communicated via mail after 2 weeks or so.

Interview
Applied online, and about two weeks later was scheduled to complete a Video Interview. An in-person, on-site interview with the hiring manager was scheduled about a week later. The next day, we scheduled a technical phone interview with a specialist in another country for two days later. Roughly a week and a half later we had a fourth interview in-person with the hiring manager and commercial specialist. The verbal offer was made two days after the final interview.

they asked me about my b.tech project. the job related to water treatment plant so they extented the question on water purification processes. the people are very cool and they can listen to us. there is no need to feel tension.overall interview was good. but I rejected the offer because I have plan to go abroad for higher studies.
