Was hired during Training period at Alstom GE. My Trainer referred me to the hiring manager. They arrange interview session. It was taken 3-4 days to complete my joining. It was my first interview and the panel was great. They were noticing me from the beginning.

One technical and HR interview after application got selected. I got mail from HR for the interview after 15 days pf application submission. After the interview they took 15 days to answer back.
