Asked me what the biggest obstacles that I overcome in college and how do I demonstrate my skill in real life. And he asked that if you have a project that require skill you don't know, how would you do and do you have any experience can demonstrate it.

Very professional, simple process that is easy to complete. First, complete an online situational assessment then complete an online pre-recorded video interview then final stage is a live interview. When the route I wanted to apply for was no longer available, they were able to find a different role that was available in a different city.

The interview was mostly make him to like you because the interviewer didn't know how to conduct. We talked in Portuguese English and Spanish about life experiences. I told him plenty of things about personal life and he specifies the job.

Two on one interview with little to no technical questions, only situational questions. The interview was around 25 minutes and at the end they gave us time to ask them questions as well.
