I talked to the recruiter at a campus career fair and had an interview scheduled for the next day. In the interview we went over my resume and past work experience, and asked some general personality type questions.

Interview
Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
