Interview
Like most corporate companies you will need an inside candidate to help you secure an interview. However HR was fair and respectful and met their obligations as far as arranging interviews and salary negotiations. Offer letter arrived and company welcomed me into the role.

trying to decide which of two positions would best be suited for both myself and the company. In the end I deferred to senior managment which made the better of the choice on my behalf knowning what challenges were present in both of the facilities that needed an EHS Manager
