Interview
Interview with recruiting manager which involved technical questions and responding to scenarios provided. Already had worked in this department, so the interview focused on how I would change how the department operated.
Cross section panel, each had predefined scripted questions. There was little dialog to be had. It was just going around the room taking turns asking the questions. I noticed many on the panel were note taking. Hire by committee itbwould seem.
