I applied online. I interviewed at GE (San Ramon, CA)
Interview
I applied online, for a position I should have been a very good fit for, and the status of my application was marked as "pending hiring manager review". Over a month later, it was still marked as "pending review" I was already wary of working for a large organization, and this only confirmed my worries. I had multiple offers before they even began their process, so I declined to proceed. Months later, the job posting was still active, so it doesn't seem like they passed on me for someone else, it seems like there is no real need behind the posting.
