Interview
3 steps :
- call with an employee from HR (personal questions / about 45 min)
- 3 tests online (finance, logic and numerical)
- Assessment Center Day (pretty long) : one group exercise, one case study and 4 individual interviews (about 40 min each)
The AC day is quite long and you have a lot of people. The assessors test you a lot even if they say they don't care about the results...

Many Interviews . Started with it iso interview and the super day with many in same day. A lot of behavioral questions. Be yourself and don’t try to be fake.
