Starts with a 20-30 minutes phone screening with an HR consultant. The screening provides an overview of the position, you share your motivation for wanting the position, and you share why you think you're a good fit for the role. Also, you may be asked about your expected salary.
The phone screening usually ends with an agreement to schedule an interview that consists of 3-4 separate 45 minutes interviews. The interviews include:
1. Discussion with hiring manager
2. Discussion with leadership team
3. Discussion with HR
4. (Optional) Discussion with peer panel
