Met the recruiter in my school career center for a short interview. This was a screening interview to pass me to the next round and it was completely behavioral questions. Then I was interviewed over the phone by multiple divisions to determine my placement.

Application online, then 2 interviews, then if you are successful, you are sent to their headquarters in Connecticut, where you do a serious of interviews with HR and with potential employers. You do not get to choose which employers (aka which department, which location) you will interview with.
