Screening call with the recruiter, then tech screen with the hiring manager, and if selected a 3 hour panel interview. This was my third interview with the company. Applied for a job that was posted as remote but they changed the scope to make it more of a hybrid role (which is fine as I am within a closeish distance to one of the facilities), this Bait and switch tactic is kinda scummy and dishonorable in my opinion. Got thru to the panel interview, except the intervew panel seemed disorganized and one panelist was completley dis-engaged and one did not make it due to a "Scheduling Conflict", no apologies given considering I had to sacrifice time at my current role to interview with GE.
