Interview super day where I interviewed with 3 or 4 different operations managers in one room and went between each "station". I spent about 20 minutes with each manager. Felt a lot like speed dating.

Generally they hire off of “super days” which is a bunch of different interviewers and teams in short 20 minutes windows. They usually ask a few structured questions and then some getting to know you and baseline questions.

Tell me about a tired where you learned from a mistake?
In the interview round I was asked current affairs, subject related questions, situational questions were asked. First questions asked mainly focused on my communication skills and they also asked questions which were difficult to answer inorder to check our behavior when we are faced with a difficult situation.
