I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (London, England)
Interview
I had two interview processes because the first role was cancelled due to covid.
First process:
Round 1: 1 hour phone interview including an easy and a hard/medium programming problem.
Round 2: Four 1 hour video conferencing interviews. One data structures, one algorithms, one system design and one more general.
Round 3: Three 30 minute interviews. One technical with the team lead, two more casual discussions with managers in the team, talking about the role rather than assessing me.
Second process:
Four 1 hour video conferencing interviews. One data structures, one algorithms, one system design and one more general.
It took a several months to be given an offer after the second process. Originally they went with another candidate however gave me an offer several months later once the team had approval to hire more team members.
Most of the interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. The interviews themselves were relatively pleasant experiences.
Overall the process was very slow.
The recruiter was very good, always responded very quickly and politely to my questions and was apologetic about the delays.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Several Leetcode problems. Mostly easy and medium.
First round was hackerrank assessment having 2 coding questions. Then after clearing that, the first round of interview had Leetcode Hard question, similar to get the maximum score. I was not able to do it. Interviewer was very nice though

4. Median of Two Sorted Arrays
They said it's a 1:15-minute interview, but I finished in 40 mins. Starting with my previous work experience and projects, they asked 3 cultural questions and 3 coding questions, and I asked them 2 questions about the role, and I finished it.
