I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
One phone interview and one on-site interview in New York City. The on-site interview had two rounds. One was with the division director and another one was with two staffs (an HR and a different division person), each 30 mins. The interview with the director was very easy. They had a list of questions but they might not use it and just chatted with you. I forgot to ask for business cards in the second round...
Hireview interview asked some general and some behavioural questions e.g walk me through your CV, and some questions about the risk side of internal audit. Some scenario questions also about how you would manage a project
Hirevue assessment -> first round -> second round -> SuperDay (2-3 interviews back-to-back). Every interview is ~30 min long. Call from a recruiter after all procedures. Good luck with this process!
I applied through university. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
- One screening call from the recruiter
- Super day: 2 behavioral interviews
- Just trying to get to know you, and no technical questions
Overall, people were very nice and genuinely interested in your answers, asking follow-up questions based on your responses.
