Overall, the people I interacted with were friendly and intelligent. They asked good questions, and it seemed well thought out. The process took nearly 11 months, and I was told everything was good never to hear back again. I found out a partner's son had taken the position. I wish the process was not so stretched out.

What is a recent or upcoming merger that has sparked your interest and why
Screening consisted of two rounds: First round was basics of sql, behavioral questions and why this position. Second round was similar more focus on sql, types of joins followed by two situational questions
The interviewer asked me about my experience in my previous company, my expectations about the company and my professional skills as an analyst. It was a very chill interview overall.
