I had an in person interview with center director. it was okay. I waited for 20 min but the director was so friendly so the vibe was okay. the questions are nothing unexpected or complicated. all of them are general question for educator role
a phone interview with recruitment to discuss experience and qualifications . Then was invited to an in-person interview with the center manager . Went over teaching philosophy . Created an activity plan beforehand mixing play with differentiated learning style

I recall us going over Goodstart values and was asked a question to gauge how I align with those values. Scenario regarding children's safety and a little bit of framework
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Goodstart Early Learning
Interview
The team were welcoming from recruitment to on site interview. The process was a little slow but that was on the centre not recruitment. As soon as the director decided to have me onboard the process was very quick
