After the pre-screen with the recruiter, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. We ended up talking on the phone after he was not able to use Google Meet. The meeting had questions on my skills and background as related to the job and then some questions to judge on my analytical skills and skills as a product manager.

You would have to do a hiring assessment first, then a recruiter screening follows. First round interview with the hiring manager. Majorly product sense and product improvement. The questions were not direct though.
