I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Got a preliminary screening call from HR. Had a good conversation about work history and technical questions. When the interview was finished, the HR rep told me they would pass my resume to all the finance depts. I didn't make it past that round.
HR call followed by four separate 45 minute interviews. Two of the interviews centered around hypothetical questions while the other two focused around behavioral questions. The total timeline from HR engagement to offer was about four months.

Tell me about a time you failed to meet a deadline
Very focused on cases and past experiences. Interviewers were very nice and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience. There were no gotcha questions, more like trying to understand your thinking process.
