I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
5 in person interviews and one technical interview. Technical interview was a whiteboard coding session. 5 additional interviews for culture, role related ability, problem solving and coping with uncertainty. Each interview was in person and they took several weeks to schedule and complete. All in all it was a long process to complete and a big commitment

Final thought question: If you were the CEO of Google where would you invest your money in?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Google in Dec 2022
Interview
The entire hiring funnel consisted of three interviews: one technical, one culture and one about communication and stakeholders. HR support was strong and gave helpful tips for what to expect from each. Interviewers were kind and open to answering questions which gave me a good impression of their job satisfaction. Unfortunately, Google initiated a hiring freeze one week after the interviews concluded, so I never got feedback from my interviews.
