I had a pleasant time interviewing with everyone but unfortunately their team matching processes is terrible. I got matched to 2 different teams and both times the interviewer did not follow the interview format I was informed about.
Since I already passed all of the technical and behavioral interviews, I was told that the team matching interview would be more of a conversation where I can ask more questions about the team. This is not a problem for most interviews but when you’re explicitly told that you will not have to to that, it creates a poor experience
