I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (Peterborough, England) in June 2016
Interview
Interview was really laid back and the process took about a week.
I applied online and 3 days later received an email asking me to come for an interview (Serpentine Green, Peterborough). I was interviewed by the Department Manager who wrote notes down throughout and the Recruitment Manager who emailed me. The interview itself was extremely nice and laid back. Both woman were lovely and it felt like I was talking to a couple of friends. As well as the questions, I was given a couple of scenarios between me and a customer.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Brighton, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
