Interview
The first interview is of them asking you many questions about yourself and team work, the company is based on being one team, in which they're more interested in someone who they think will blend with the staff well and will keep the motto within the work place. If you get called for a 2nd interview, most likely you'll get hired. Pay is more than minimum more likely, and benefits are great with the company.

First question they asked me was to describe myself. The interviewer basically based my interview off a conversation and added certain questions about team work and scenarios that could happen.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
