Had a group interview with around 30 people, they showed us a presentation of the history of H&M and then split us into two groups and did two challenges. In one of them we were given situations and what we'd do and how we'd react to those siutations and the second challenge was setting up a display of the clothes within a given time

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
