I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Newmarket, ON)
Interview
The whole process took 9 days, I ppplied online and got a call just 2 hours later for an phone interview (with no notice) after phone intervire was immediately invited to attend an in person interview later in the week. At the in person interview it was me and 2 of h&m hr/hiring reps one person asked questions the other wrote down my responses. The interview was about 10 minutes long they asked basic questions, like my availability why I wanted to work at h&m, if I had planned to go back to school in the fall, if had any upcoming trips planned or needed time off. Was also asked a few other job questions like how do you think your previous job would translate to working at h&m. After interview I was told I'd have someone contact me within the next 3 days. But it took 5 days when a manager called me to offer the job! (I had a friend apply and she got an email saying the position was filled so I believe when you apply they'll tell you if you got the job or not within a few days so your not left hanging).

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
