Diffferent, but exciting. The interview process gives you the opportunity to break the ice and become comfortable amongst new people. Engaging in group activities and working together as a team is very important to learn in this environment.

Interview
Three interviews, two group interviews, first a broad group interview, then a second more focused group, and a third personal one-on-one. Fun, easy atmosphere, but clear about what they want from you. Interviewers try to create a welcoming casual atmosphere, while weeding out those that may not fit with a team atmosphere. The second interview tested for team dynamic skills while hiding it under fun activities.
