SO AWKWARD. Phone interview then group interview. They told us it would be 5 hours long but after the 1st excersise it was clear they werent intrested in any of us so they told us " this is going quicker than usual " and cut it to 3 hours. RUN FOR THE HILLS DONT DO IT LOL

Two interviewers. One HR, one area visual. Spoke about company, asked about my experiences. Told me there was a lot of growth in the company.
Spoke about how hard they work. How much they expect from you (which is A LOT). They speak about work/life balance. The area visual didn't speak very much, she just looked at me. Mostly the HR manager doing the interview.
