They'll basically ask you about your background, your availability, your thoughts on teamwork, and so on, I think it's a quite easy experience and recruiters are usually the manager of that specific shop.

I wasn’t able to attend the group interview, but they were able to do one-on-one and I was asked simple questions and why I want to work retail. I did not get drug tested and they called a week or two after with an offer for part time making close to eleven an hour.
