The interviewer was really friendly and nice. The interview did not take a lot of time - only 20-25 minutes. Asked basic interview questions as well as some situational questions about fashion & customer service.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
