Harrods Sales Associate interview questions

In total I received four rounds of interviews from OT, HR call, Video interviews to manager interview. It took an overall 1 week, 1 hour per test to complete this interview. The last round of the interview was taken place in Knightsbridge

It was a video interview with scenarios that you had to answer. No person though. It was multiplw questions took a long time. Felt as though it would have been better with a person there
