I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hays (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
1.I'v been scout by 1 consultant via linkedin
2.been pre-screening with 2 another recruiter for the consultant role but 1 of them think i'm not suitable for the internal role which need to recruit freshie for their business expansion and pass my profile to another consultant for HTS solution which is call compliance team
3. been arranged an 3 hour group assessment center with 2 manager in the morning from 9.30am until 12pm! test my individual sales presentation, 2 round of role plays to sell candidates to client and headhunting call. each of test gave u 5min preparation after receive the questions before the assessment start! been infront of laptop almost 3 hour without toilet break just for the assessment!!
4. after end of assessment, require to draft a JD adv and send back to them.
5. been receive another call from same consultant about next round interview will be after 4 hour without any preparation lol
6. been told the offer is rm2k basic and allowance rm200, based in sunway pinaccles.

Decent enough, as per the protocol as follows, but they always prefer industrial experience as their main requirement. Despite mentioning that prior experience isn't mandatory the client requirement post interviews changes to industrial experience preferred. It would have been better if detailed feedback provided for the candidacies so that they can work on the feedback constructively.
