    Pros

    Build great relationships with work colleagues. Lots of good training to set you up in the field.

    Cons

    Very low pay, long hours, no over time pay or time in lieu for extra hours, working to strict KPIs - if they are not met you will be put on performance management and be given official warning letters.

    They used to be very caring and attentive to employee's needs. They used email us every once in while to ask if I am doing OK.

    Consultant managers aren’t very great at supporting mental health. Admin managers are super friendly

    Development and training are great, lots of opportunity to a certain extend

    Company as a whole treated staff terribly during covid with no regard to mental health, setting unrealistic KPIs and pressure onto the staff
