Interview
Referred by a friend who was vacating the role. The position was working in a small team, located away from the head office. The hiring process was informal with two interviews and a meet the team session. There were some behavioural type questions combined with standard questioning. The management appeared to be very welcoming during this process.
It was a gladiator style fight to death where you are paired against others to either come out victorious with a crappy offer or just get booted. They do a good job of hyping you through the process, which end to end can take up to 8 rounds.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Hong Kong) in Aug 2025
Interview
Phone screening call with their internal TA.
Then a face-to-face interview at their office in ICC. A meeting with the business manager individually, followed by another meeting with one of their associate directors.
Typical British style, no-BS, business driven style of interview.
