human resources was very nice. initial interview went smooth, second interview with dept. mgr went well, but it was quite superficial. just basic information was asked. after being hired and given time to see/meet other team members i began to realize how unorganized the commpany was managment wise. the team members seem to have free reign to do as they pleased without any consequences. the unfortunate thing is that there truly isnt a way to identify these things during the interview/hiring process unless you know just the right questions to ask during that time.
Fairly simple interview I was just asked why i wanted to work there then told about the job mainly asked where i lived and my flexibility. It was very informal if im honest.
The interview process was seamless. Basically ask some behavioral questions and then they explain what the job entails. The interviewer was very informative and great to communicate with. Overall it was a great experience. Will recommend anyone to work there
Filled out an online application. There was an acknowledgment to my application. Then a quick phone interview. Followed by an invitation to a Zoom interview at the time. Follow up with an in-person interview.
