Application process includes recording a video of yourself in which you answer three questions similar to interview questions. After you put an application in, someone from corporate calls to brief you about the position along with an interview. Then you have an interview with the hiring manager at the property you applied for.
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.

The interview process just asked about relevant skills and how to apply tohenm to tjhe job. The interview was fast and very easy, especially in this job market, etc. etc.
