Interview
This was about a three step process. Went in for first interview with HR. Second interview with head of restaurant department. Then drug test. You also have a mandatory 8 hour orientation.
The interview process was easy and the manager was friendly and on time. They scheduled you fast and in a timely manner. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Had a great interview experience with Hilton—professional, welcoming, and well-structured. The interviewer asked insightful questions and clearly explained the role and growth opportunities.
