Interview
They asked to do the interview via Hire Vue. The questions are basic such as why you choose our company, what is your greatest strength and weakness, what is your five year plan. I believe that these questions can be easily prepared. There are 13 questions, include multiple choice question, video interview with available questions, and also questions asked for writing.

It is when you working in a team and you have serious conflict with team member, they ask what is your solution for that situation.
Went for the assessment centre, the whole process and vibes were good. Challenging but fun activities. Refreshments provided as well. Introduction and fun activities were inbetween the main assessment activities, made the whole process relaxing. With chances to talk to past management trainees and even the different managers etc.

interviewed by heads of finance and HR departments, the interview was smooth and Hilton management focus on the employees' ambitions. very formal and professional interview where the employers put emphasis on the employee's development and contribution to the hotel
